Arsenal vs QPR takes place in the English Premier League (EPL) on Saturday as the Gunners look to claim a confidence boosting win after two straight defeats. The game kicks off at 10 a.m. ET and can be watched online through FREE live stream (link provided below).

The Gunners had gotten off to a good start this season, but as of late they have had some stuttering performances and now their season threatens to turn into another mediocre one.

Arsenal currently sit a disappointing ninth in the English Premier League table, with just 12 points from their eight games so far.

They come into this game on the back of two straight losses; a demoralizing surprise loss to Norwich in their last league game, as well as a loss in their recent Champions League game against German side Schalke 04 at the Emirates.

The Gunners come into this London derby desperate to find a return to winning ways, but despite their recent poor results they should be big favorites to win this home match against the English Premier League’s basement club.

QPR are already in big trouble, having on secured three points from eight games in the EPL so far, they are still looking for their first win of the season after managing just three draws. The London club faces reaching the quarter way point in the season still without their first win.

Manager Mark Hughes is beginning to come under serious pressure and a few more defeats could start to see the fans turn against him. He is in a perilous position, but still most would predict the Gunners to come away with the win today. If QPR could even pick up a point today it would probably be considered a success for Hughes.

It is more likely that fans and the QPR owner will be looking more to next week’s fixture against second-bottom club Reading. Hughes will know how big that game is and will have marked that match in his calendar as a must-win already.

Seven of the last 12 games between these two teams have resulted in draws. QPR in fact won their last match against each other at Loftus Road in March, which helped QPR’s run to safety from relegation, and at the same time resigned Arsenal to their first loss following seven straight wins.

However, the last time QPR won away to Arsenal was in 1994.
