The final vote for ABC's Dancing With the Stars between Rumer Willis and Riker Lynch could be the closest vote ever.

Willis, Lynch and Noah Galloway are the final three celebrities remaining on Dancing With the Stars, and only one of them will win the Mirrorball trophy Tuesday night. Monday night's episode suggested that it could conceivably be any one of the celebs winning, depending on how America votes.

Willis and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy received a perfect 40 out of 40 from the judges for both of their dances Monday night, as did Riker Lynch and his partner Allison Holker. Noah Galloway and partner Sharna Burgess received a 40 out of 40 for their freestyle but a 32 out of 40 for their other dance.

Since Willis and Lynch have been at the top of the leaderboard for so many weeks on Dancing With the Stars, it would suggest that one of them is going to win. However, it is still possible that Galloway's story and connection with America will be enough to tip him over the edge and give him the win.

But assuming Galloway comes in third ultimately, the final placements for Willis and Lynch could legitimately come down to America's votes. Since both have the same scores heading into the finale, either one could win because of America.

They also still have the 24-hour dance fusion challenge to perform Tuesday, which will give them extra points from the judges. This may also be a factor in the final vote tally.

Dancing With the Stars concludes Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
