The latest tease, entitled 'Hire Power,' for season 3 of Ray Donovan was unveiled on May 20.

Season 3 Of Ray Donovan To Focus On Paige's Family? 

In the clip, Ray is seen trying to assert his authority as he says he spent 20 years listening to other people, and it seems like he will be putting that behind him. The more interesting bits are the few moments shared between him and Katie Holmes' character Paige Finney, who is trying to buy him off from her dad's assignment to work for her instead. As the clip moves along, toward the end, a quick frame shows Ray being pulled closer, as if for a kiss, by a dark haired woman. It looks like it could be Paige. This could be very likely as there is not much holding Ray back from getting involved with women outside his marriage.

In another recently unveiled clip, introducing Paige, Holmes revealed that as Ray agrees to work for her, trouble will be right around the corner.

"Paige gets tangled up with Ray in her business dealings," Holmes says.

Ray and Abby's (Paula Malcomson) marriage is far from normal and they both have ventured to form other romantic liasons, it doesn't seem like their commitment will hold water in the third chapter either. The Daily Mail revealed that Holmes will be playing the part of Paige, "wealthy and shrewd businesswoman who uses the 'fixer' services provided" by Ray. Paige will be the daughter of another new character, Andrew, who is a moneyed Hollywood producer.

While a divorce between Ray and Abby isn't on the cards, the affairs might not be going anywhere.

In an interview with Variety, Schreiber dished about the fate of Ray and Abby's marriage, Schreiber seemed rather optimistic, not in the way that things would be hunky dory, but at least that the couple would stick it out through thick and thin. The questions seems pertinent as Ray and Abby's marriage was really tested in the second season, and both were having affairs on the side.

"Ray is the kind of person who would die for his family," Schreiber said. "I don't know that his marriage can ever truly be over. As bad as it gets, as bad as he behaves, he'll never be able to separate himself from it. Whether or not they're living under the same roof, he'll always be married to Abby."

Season 3 of Ray Donovan will premiere on July 12 at 9 pm on Showtime.
