She has been presumed dead by everyone in Port Charles for months, while secretly still alive in New York City--only to have been assumed dead again after Silas (Michael Easton) fulfilled her wishes and eased her pain from cancer--but Ava (Maura West) may not be gone after all on General Hospital.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, there's a chance Silas didn't kill Ava after all--and only gave her drugs so he could knock her out. Her daughter, Avery, was kidnapped in the meantime (though Ava didn't know it), and though she has since been safely returned home, no one knows what happened to her.

Now, Ava may come back to Port Charles in disguise to confront Silas and see why she isn't dead after all--and the shocking truth could come out as a result.

Silas was briefly considered a suspect in the kidnapping, but no real reason to keep him on the list was ever given--but he could have actually taken the baby to test her as a match for bone marrow to Ava. If the baby was a match, he may have taken Avery, got the bone marrow, and did the surgery to save Ava's life and put her cancer in remission. However, he may now need to answer to that with Ava if she is alive, because not only did he go against her wishes, but he has put her at great risk. If she is found alive ever again (and she can't even contact any of her children), she will go to jail for murdering Connie, and she refuses to stay in Pentonville.
