The split between Rosie O'Donnell and Michelle Rounds is getting worse as the TV personality's wife is reportedly making another demand.

On Monday, TMZ reported that Rounds took a picture of the couple's daughter, Dakota, and found out that O'Donnell posted that photo on Instagram. And according to Rounds, she owns the right to that image so her former lover is not allowed to post it on social media.

The site mentioned that Rounds contacted Instagram about the situation, but they have not taken any action so far.

Earlier this month, TMZ caught up with the celebrity's spouse who admitted that the divorce is battle is difficult on her since she doesn't have a team of supporters who can back her up.

"Divorce is really hard. But imagine going through a divorce with a celebrity, someone who's very, very powerful, someone who has all the media and the publicists and all that behind them," Rounds explained. "I'm just a normal person. I'm just Davis vs. Goliath. I don't know, I don't understand it."

The woman then made it clear that O'Donnell should not get custody of Dakota.

"Honestly, I used to be afraid of Rosie, but I'm not afraid of Rosie anymore because I want what's best for Dakota," Rounds said. "And what's best for Dakota is to be with me, I am the better mother. Dakota should be with me."
