Andy Cohen has opened up once again about Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s legal woes— but this time he had some pretty shocking things to say about it.

Apparently Giudice’s issues caused Cohen to dislike the series! It turns out Cohen is a fan of Giudice’s stans.

He said on Watch What Happens Live this week, “I feel with me, typically ‘New Jersey’ fans are really hardcore with me and they’re hardcore about the show…With Teresa, the Tre Huggers, they’re called TreHuggers, she has TreHuggers, and man they always think that I don’t like her, that I’m against her…She has an army.”

He went on to say despite what her fans think, he doesn’t have anything against Giudice. But they are starting to come around.

“Thankfully I think they’ve seen that I actually like Teresa and I think I’ve somehow proven that to them over the last year and a half but literally there were some dark days.”

Giudice’s fans actually caused him to not look forward to the show airing new episodes. He said that’s when they really take it up a notch.

“They’re the most hardcore…when ‘Jersey’s on I’m almost like, I can’t wait for this season to be over.’ 'Cause I feel like they’re going to come burn my house down a little bit.”

Well he has a few months before the show kicks back into gear. Cast members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey won’t start taping for the new season until this fall. Giudice will be released from federal prison on Oct. 5. She might get released just in time.
