The newest episdoe of "Grey's Anatomy," which airs on Nov. 8, will reveal some new details about our favorite surgeons, both in Seattle Grace and Minnesota.

In a sneak peak video for Episode 5, "Beautiful Doom," viewers see Cristina in a early morning phone conversation with Meredith and she seemed uncommonly perky and optimistic. She greeted her neighbor in Minnesota and when Meredith started to vent to her friend about her daily troubles, Cristina told her to "buck up."

Viewers already saw Cristina making friends in Seattle and opening up with Dr. Thomas, who she considers her friend. In one of the last episodes, the two doctors were seen out at a bar grabbing some drinks and laughing. ABC noted that "Beautiful Doom" is a Meredith and Cristina-centric episode, so details about the two doctors and their friendship is bound to be front and center.

Can viewers expect to see Cristina make her way back to Seattle? The show's Executive Producer Shonda Rhimes posted on Twitter on Nov. 8 "GA'ers: There is gonna be some Cristina/Owen kissing. Actually there is gonna be MORE than kissing. We filmed it already. It's coming."

She then added, "Not in tonight's show. But it is coming. And it made me cry with happiness to see it."

ABC also revealed that "Meredith and Cristina rely on each other as they cope with increasing responsibilities at their respective hospitals and cope with life after the accident."

Derek makes a very brief appearance in the new episode, which then showed Meredith more stressed than ever, having to balance her hospital and personal life all on her own with Derek out of town. With Derek no longer the famed surgeon he once was, the question remains if he is able to take a backseat and watch Meredith become "head surgeon" at Seattle Grace.

Last episode we saw Derek talking on his new role as teacher, instructing interns in the hospital how to perform simple procedures. We saw Meredith hide a big surgery that she was performing from Derek, so as not to make him feel bad, and it can only be predicted that the hospital will come in between their marriage in more instances throughout the season.

Meredith, perhaps more so than some of the other doctors, still faced the emotional trauma that can as a result of the plane crash. When she has a patient that resembles her sister Lexie, who died in the crash, and has similar injuries that ultimately killed her sister, it may be too much for Meredith to handle.
