Another beloved face will be returning to Salem for the Days of Our Lives 50th anniversary celebration!

Martha Madison, who portrayed Belle Black, will make a return to the show later this year to help celebrate the show's 50th anniversary, confirming the latest of several returns scheduled to happen throughout the second half of the year.

Madison will be returning with her already confirmed to return on-screen husband, Shawn-Douglas Brady (Jason Cook), as well as a yet-to-be-revealed actress in the role of Claire, the couple's daughter.

According to Soap Central, she will make her first on-screen appearance again on the Wednesday, November 25 episode of the show.

Belle was last seen in 2008, after a near-fatal plane crash reunited her and Shawn, and the two decided to take their daughter and sail around the world.

The family are not the only ones returning to Salem throughout the next few months, with some of the show's biggest names planning small guest arcs before the year is out.

In addition to Cook and Madison's returns, Peter Reckell (Bo Brady), Stephen Nichols (Steve 'Patch' Johnson), Allison Sweeney (Sami Brady), and Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe Lane) are all scheduled to come back.

Not much has been revealed about the plotline the 50th anniversary episodes will follow but earlier speculation has placed several Brady family members returning because of a loved one falling ill or passing away.

Because of that speculation, it has been assumed by fans that Caroline's (Peggy McCay) Alzheimer's disease may progress even quicker, and could cause her to wind up being so sick she winds up on the verge of death--prompting the return of her family as they all say their final goodbyes to the iconic character.
