He's been keeping the truth about Jason being alive a secret from everyone except Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) for a long time, and now, Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) may finally confess that Jake (Billy Miller) is really the resurrected man to someone else on General Hospital.

Lucky & Little Jake Arrive On Elizabeth's Doorstep

He was about to confess the truth to his mother, Laura (Genie Francis) after she filled him in on the attempt to rescue Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and the discovery of the believed to be dead little Jake being found alive on Cassadine Island and being returned to Port Charles and Elizabeth after five years. However, as he was about to confess that Jason would be able to reunite with his biological son because he too was really alive, Lucky walked in--and now, NIkolas will be confronted for keeping such a huge secret from so many people who matter.

"I know that you'd never keep a secret like this from your family," Lucky says to Nikolas in the preview clip for the Tuesday, July 14 episode.

Nikolas Causes Trouble Between Elizabeth & 'Jake'

However, Lucky and Laura may both be shocked when they learn the truth from Nikolas that he has in fact been keeping such a huge secret.

Meanwhile, Jason will be floored when he arrives back at Elizabeth's and sees her with Jake--whom he was told was dead.

"Is this your son?" he asks Elizabeth in the clip.

"This is Jake," she replies.

Once he sees the boy again however, it could prove to be bad news for Elizabeth since she has been keeping the truth of his identity from him--especially if seeing him jogs his biological father's memory about his true identity.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
