She's been feeling wracked with guilt over keeping Jason's true identity from him and letting him believe he is still Jake Doe (Billy Miller), but Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) attempt to finally come clean with him could be unexpectedly interrupted on General Hospital.

She has been debating telling Jake the truth about his identity ever since realizing Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) had been missing his weekly video chats with Cameron and Aaden, and now, she may finally choose to come clean after also being reminded of her dead son, Jake, through Carly's (Laura Wright) news about Josslyn being cancer-free.

"I have something to tell you," Liz says to him in the preview clip for the Friday, July 10 episode.

However, her attempt will be interrupted when someone else arrives on the scene--Lucky. And he will shock Elizabeth to her core when he reveals who he has with him.

Before his arrival however, he will join Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) on Cassadine Island, where Luke confronted Helena (Constance Towers) for the last time, and found his believed to be dead grandson there. Now, as he comes to terms with the fact that he actually didn't run over and kill his grandson while drunk all those years ago like he thought, he and Laura will pay witness to Lucky finally being reunited with his little boy.

"Are you sre it's little Jake?" Laura asks Luke in the clip.

"Well, we can let his father confirm it," Luke replies as they watch Lucky walk into the mansion and see his son for the first time in five years.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
