"The surgery was definitely the best thing that ever happened to me. I never thought that I'd look this good, and that is the God's honest truth," Johnson told his co-stars.

After losing weight, Johnson claimed his love life took a turn in the right direction, and hopefully, will soon lead him to his perfect match. However, if it doesn't, he claims he'll be fine with something more casual.

"The attention I get from men now is completely different than before," he explained. "I feel like I definitely don't have to work as hard. I feel like my stars have aligned right now. I just put out my energy, whether it's flirty or sexual or romantic energy, and I just receive response. I get it back."

"Everybody wants to be wanted," he continued. "I'm ready to let someone in, and instead of a casual hookup I think maybe a 'friends with benefits' [scenario] would be nice!"
