Brandi Maxiell of VH1’s Basketball Wives LA talks candidly about her husband Jason’s shocking infidelity that she deals with in the new season.

Off-Camera Drama Between ‘BBWLA’ Stars At All Time High ‘We Don’t Wanna Mention Her’

She opened up to Hip Hollywood Tuesday and revealed what she “hates” the most about the reactions she received from fans.

“I really can’t give any advice because I’m still working on it myself. I just feel like the one thing that I hate is the stereotype that basketball players…Everybody has this judgment on basketball players like ‘What do you expect? He’s a basketball player.’ I don’t think just because he plays sports he can cheat on me.”

She said regardless of your profession, “when you get married you’re supposed to be faithful.”

Brandi, who joined the show last year, admitted that she was beating around the bush in answering the question of how she was handling their marital woes.

“I’m doing my best to stay with it and work on things. It’s a struggle, it’s a process, but we’re getting there.”

Viewers will get a look firsthand on how Brandi and Jason are getting through it on Basketball Wives LA.

The couple goes through counseling but Brandi doesn’t make it easy for him to get out of the dog house.

She got real and admitted to cameras on the show, “I wish God could come down and wipe my memory because I really love him.”

She then joked with him, “You gotta earn this!”
