If you were hoping those two crazy kids would make their werewolf/kitsune relationship work, series creator Jeff Davis is here to set you straight. Life in Beacon Hills is about to take a turn for the worse.

"Unfortunately, this may be one of the last good moments for Kira and Scott," Davis ominously informed The Hollywood Reporter.

Kira's (Arden Cho) supernatural powers seem to have a mind of their own as of late, and they're erratic nature is putting Scott (Tyler Posey) and his pack in danger. Scott is ready to keep pulling Kira back from the brink - even if it means electrocuting himself to a crisp - but the powerful kitsune will be unwilling to put her friends in that kind of danger.

"Kira will begin to pull away from Scott and her friends, believing that she may be doing more harm than good. This season is all about power going haywire for Kira," Davis said, adding "the rise in her power and her lack of control [will begin] to push them apart."
