The US Women's Soccer team took gold today in a match against Japan at the 2012 Olympics. Christie Rampone, team captain, lead her team to win 2-1 in a game of redemption for the American team. Rampone sat down with SB Nation to discuss the bitter lost of the 2011 World Cup final against Japan. Rampone confessed she didn't want to let the gold win "slip away" this year, especially at the Olympics.
