Shay Mitchell, star of the ABC TV series, Pretty Little Liars, says she no longer struggles with her weight but used to starve herself.
The actress is pictured on the cover of the June issue of Self.
Mitchell admitted she used to starve herself while she lived in Hong Kong, where she worked as a model. Her yo-yo diet left her feeling tired and hungry. She said she learned to look at herself in a new light after she beat herself up about not being able to fit into her size 0 pair of jeans.
