Designer Amaia Arrieta, a reported friend of the Prince and Princess of Wales, said she was "heartbroken at the moment" because of the couple's purported relationship woes.

In recent weeks, Prince William has resumed his public engagements, while Kate Middleton has chosen to keep a low profile, dealing with her cancer diagnosis away from public scrutiny.

William, 41, provided a seldom-seen glimpse into his wife's well-being last week, sharing that both Kate and their children are in good health.

Designer Amaia Arrieta expressed her ongoing concern for the Wales family during a recent interview. "I'm heartbroken at the moment. I think they are going through hell," Arrieta claimed to 'The Telegraph.' "I hope they will be back. It's really personal."

Although Arrieta's claims about the Princess of Wales's health remains uncertain, her close ties to the Wales family, as described by multiple news outlets, lend weight to her observations. Since Kate, 42, disclosed her cancer diagnosis in late March, which necessitates "preventative chemotherapy," Kensington Palace has refrained from issuing official updates. The Palace has declined to disclose the specific type of cancer affecting the princess.

The Princess of Wales conveyed in her video message how "it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok. As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits."

Arrieta, the creative mind behind childrenswear brand Amaia London, frequently collaborates with the Wales family's team to procure attire for royal photographs.

"Dressing the royals gives me so much pride, I really do care about how they look," she said in the recent interview. "We would do anything for them... the children always look amazing in the end."
