Famed politician and rich guy Donald Trump has another potential scandal to add to his resume. A documentary entitled Donald Trump: What's The Deal? has just been released after it was produced 25 years ago. A 1989 cover story in New York Magazine revealed that at the time, Trump pressured the documentarians to not release the film, however given his recent candidacy, the movie has now hit the internet.

According to the film's website the documentary delves into the personal and financial past of Donald Trump as he climbed his way to the top of the financial pyramid. In 1988 Leonard Stern commissioned the film as part of a celebrity businessmen series. However, Trump threatened to sue any distributor thus suppressing its release.

However, 25 years later the themes of this film still resonate with Trump's character. Trump grew wealthy during the 80's, the start of the "me generation" of moneymakers, and the "decade of greed." The documentary shows how Trump rose to stardom, and then quickly fell into bankruptcy since the completion of the film.

The film discusses Trump's varied past including alleged mob connections, biased renting, and faulty financial decisions. The latest expose on the leading Republican nominee reveals much about his past character that sadly seems quite in tune with Trump's recent remarks. The documentary can be viewed for free here, and is poised to be viewed across the country, as Trump's campaign gains steam and his candidacy becomes a very real possibility.
