The fourth season premiere of USA’s Chrisley Knows Best isn’t the only thing putting the famous family back in the spotlight.

The sister-in-law of the patriarch, Todd Chrisley, was taken into custody on March 4. Pamela Chrisley, who is married to Todd’s brother Randy, is being accused of trying to steal money from Todd. She is currently facing extortion and 2nd degree harassment charges, the Oconee County South Carolina Sheriff’s Office reported Tuesday.

Her bond was set at $11,092.50. She owed $10,000 for blackmail and $1,092.50 for the harassment charges. She only spent a few hours behind bars.

Todd had no shame in posting more information about the charges on social media.

He wrote, “It’s truly a shame when folks think extortion is a way to make a living, but thankfully law enforcement has done their job well…#Godisgood”

He also shared a mugshot of Pamela and went into great detail on the charges.

He said in part, “Pamela has been involved in a scheme with other individuals in GA and SC to extort hundreds of thousands of dollars from our family because my brother filed for divorce from her. Our family has endured this harassment for many months and had to stay [quiet] to let law enforcement from two states do their job…”

He went on to throw a little more shade at her just a few hours later after he defended his son-in-law, Will.

See his messages below.

Stay tuned for the latest , more to come because no one ever plays alone ..
