Variety revealed that Ryan Robbins is joining the cast of season 4 of Arrow as a villain.

Could Sarab Be Resuscitated In Season 4?   

According to the report the actor will be playing the part of Conklin, who will be vile member of Shadowspire, an antagonistic element for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). But all of this will feature as part of flashback segments. The actor will be showing up in episode three of the fourth season.

Previously the actor playing the part of the Baron Blitzkrieg, the leader of Shadowspire was also revealed.

Oliver And Felicity's Relationship To Be Challenged In Season 4?   

The Hollywood Reporter reported that Jimmy Akingbola had been cast in the role of Baron Blitzkrieg for the next chapter of the CW series. According to the report Baron will mostly go up against Oliver in flashback scenes and will be a recurring character in season 4. Shadowspire made its first appearance in Deathstroke No. 53.

On July 17, the actors playing the parts of DC characters Anarky and Mr. Terrific were also announced.

Deadline reported that Echo Kellum will be portraying Mr. Terrific while Alexander Calvert will be taking on the role of Anarky. Mr. Terrific seems like a hero addition like The Atom in the last season. The character will most likely work in association with the Arrow team in Starling City.

Meanwhile, Anarky -- best known as a Batman antagonist -- will be playing up with villainous elements. Deadline describes him as an "elite criminal for hire" in season 4 of Arrow. The prime villain in the next chapter will be Damien Darhk and Anarky is most likely to be enlisted by him.

Earlier this month, the actor playing Damien Darhk in the CW series was revealed. TVLine reported that Neal McDonough will be playing the part of Darhk in the next chapter. Darhk had already come up in season 3 but he was never seen. The actor is best known for his work on the television shows Justified and Suits.

The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.

The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
