The Young and the Restless has weaved a very complicated web thanks to brining in the never-ending doppelganger storyline between Jack (Peter Bergman) and Marco (also portrayed by Bergman).

Why Is 'The Young and the Restless' Cast 'Getting Fancy' While On Their CBS Set?

During Friday's episode of the CBS soap, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) learned from Jack that there are two of him and she will slowly put together that he hasn't always been the one with her in recent months.

Then the soap's Twitter dished Friday night, "Watch out Genoa City! No one is safe!" while sharing a video teasing what's coming up in the next week's worth of episodes.

Will Cane & Lauren End Up Together On 'The Young and the Restless'?

Previously on The Young and the Restless, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) went to the lake where Marisa (Sofia Pernas) left Marco to die, but they never found his body so it appears as though the criminal is still very much a threat to those in Genoa City.

In the video below, it looks as though a storm is brewing, which will lead to the power going out in town and many things going so wrong.

"He's still out there and we're still targets," Abby (Melissa Ordway) shares with Noah (Robert Adamson) and Summer (Hunter King), as they appear to sit poolside while discussing Marco.

Mariah is also with them since in another snippet she says, "I have no idea who we can trust."

Then in another snippet, Kevin appears to be spying on someone and we're thinking it's Marisa since he seems to be having a hard time trusting her given her connection to Marco.

It looks as though Marisa is in a ton of danger, which Victor (Eric Braeden) confirms as he tells her, "Your life may be in danger."

Phyllis will find herself in an unsafe situation too, which seems to worry Jack.

"Get out of there now!" Jack demands while on the phone with who we guess is Phyllis.

"Everyone I know is in danger," Jack concludes at the end of this terrorizing teaser for next week's episodes.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
