She was about to reveal to him that he was really a resurrected Jason Morgan when she was shot in the head and put in a coma, but now, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is waking up-and could reveal to Jake (Billy Miller) the long-awaited truth about his identity on General Hospital.  

Jake Wonders If Nikolas Knows The Truth About His Identity

She had gone to see the man she tricked into believing he was her husband and told him she knew the truth about his identity, which she did because she had gotten involved with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher). However, before she had a chance to tell him, a hitman Nikolas hired shot her in the head, intending to kill her. However, she managed to pull through but has been in a coma for months.

Now that she has woken up however, she could tell Jake what she remembers. Though she will tell him she remembers coming to see him at the garage that night-but could not remember what she wanted to tell him, or the truth at all.

Not only will this news probably crush Jake because once again he has hit a dead end in his quest to find out who he really is, but it will also mean that Nikolas and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will also be able to keep him from the life he knew before he was supposedly killed. At the time, he was married to Sam (Kelly Monaco) and the two had a son together. But since his return and Elizabeth learned the truth, she has kept it a secret in an attempt to get the relationship with him she always wanted but never really had a chance to get in the past.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
