She knows the truth behind Jake Doe's (Billy Miller) real identity, and now, Laura (Genie Francis) will seek answers from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) about why she is keeping it a secret from him on General Hospital.

Laura Stunned By Nikolas' Confession 

Laura has an especially vested interest in why the secret about Jake really being Jason is being kept a secret, since Little Jake has come back home and is alive. She considers the young boy to be one of her grandsons in addition to the biological ones she has thanks to Elizabeth's relationship with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson)--and she will find herself struggling when she comes face to face with Jake, knowing he is actually Little Jake's biological father.

"I have the strangest feeling that we've met before," Laura says to him in a preview clip for the Thursday, July 30 episode.

Jake Wonders If Nikolas Knows Who He Really Is

Elizabeth may quickly try to keep Laura's interaction with Jake to a minimum lest she come clean with the secret--which could cause Laura to confront Elizabeth about why she is doing what she's done.

The fact that Laura knows the truth about Jason could shock Elizabeth, who knows that Nikolas confessed to Lucky--and it could cause her more concern because the more people keep learning about Jason being alive, the more people who could possibly spill the beans--not only outing her as a liar, but also destroying the relationship she had built with him while she's kept the secret.
