Bay is going to be heart-stricken over her breakup with Emmett on Switched at Birth, but at least she'll have a friend she can rely on.

Bay Is Looking 'So Down' On 'Switched At Birth'

On Monday, a new sneak peek was released that shows Bay going to a nightclub where Toby is the DJ. It seems like she could use a night out to relinquish her thoughts and get positive energy around her.

This is when she finds Travis there looking even more depressed than her. Bay says she's glad that he and Natalie are okay following their accident. But the subject changes when Travis talks to her about Emmett.

For the most part, he's being supportive since he told Emmett he's an "idiot." But Bay understands and doesn't want any bad blood since Travis is friends with both of them- something she's okay with.

As for Travis's complicated life, he still has yet to hear from Mary Beth. Bay asks if going through a heartbreak gets any easier, but Travis doesn't seem too sure. The advice people give him is that he needs to do things he doesn't want to do. Considering that Bay is in the club, that advice pretty much applies to her. But unfortunately, it does not make her feel less miserable- same goes for Travis.

Switched at Birth returns on Monday, August 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
