Country superstar Carrie Underwood is sharing a positive message to all the new moms out there.

Mike Fisher Delivers 'Powerful' Message To Carrie Underwood During Pregnancy

On Friday, E! News posted a photo of the singer in her campaign for Calia. In the picture, she shows off her athletic form as she lies down in crunch mode and holds a medicine ball. As she crosses her legs and has her hair tied back, Underwood spreads the message that post-pregnancy must not stop a mother from staying in shape.

The caption for the photo reads, "Nap time is crunch time."

What Does Carrie Underwood Have In Common With Chuck Norris?

Not only does Underwood stay fit and healthy after giving birth to her baby boy, Isaiah, last February, but she continued her routines during her pregnancy as well. In an interview with Shape last spring, the 32-year-old opened up how working out always keeps her in good spirits.

"It's important for me to stay active just because it makes me feel good," she said. "Throughout my day if I can get a little workout in and kind of get my blood pumping and stuff like that, it just makes my whole day feel better."

Underwood took up boxing, running, hiking and other activities she can do anywhere.

"I love finding classes here and there that there's somebody else teaching me things that I can take home and do my own workouts when I'm by myself," she said.

Isaiah is almost six months old. His father is Mike Fisher, Underwood's husband for five years.
