On Friday, Evening Standard posted the details from the actor who attended a special screening for the film where Hardy plays identical twin gangsters Ronald and Reginald Kray who terrorize London. Playing both of these roles was not an easy process for Hardy.

"In all honesty for me this is the hardest thing that I've tried to do in my career, trying to pull off a couple of characters in the same film," the actor said. "It was a huge risk for [director] Brian [Helgeland]."

Is Tom Hardy Going To Star In Movie Version Of Popular Video Game?

As it turns out, there was only so much time to get the movie done with natural shots all around.

"We had ten weeks to put it up and we didn't have the facilities to create a CGI world," Hardy said. "Everything is as is. We didn't know what we were f---ing doing- well I didn't- and I tried to pretend I did."

During this screening, the evening got more interesting when Hardy's dog came up on stage and rolled around stealing the spotlight away from the actor. The audience was easily amused as the pooch named Woody struck cute poses here and there.

Legend also stars Taron Egerton, Emily Browning and Paul Bettany. The film is expected to hit theaters on October 2.
