For years, Kim Kardashian tried to become best friends with mega pop star Beyonce, but for some reason, nothing really clicked between the two. Now, there are reports that say Kim's little sister Kendall Jenner has managed to spark up quite the friendship with the chart topper, while trying to keep it on the down low so her sister doesn't get jealous.

According to OK! Magazine on Tuesday, not only are Kendall and Beyonce good friends, but it looks like they are going to be business partners, too. A source close to the aspiring supermodel says that she and Beyonce are looking to design a range of thigh-high boots together.

An insider tells the publication, "It's still in its early conception days, but Kendall and Beyonce have been working on this in secret for months."

And while some fans are wondering why Kendall isn't working with her brother-in-law Kanye West - who also happens to be a shoe designer - there's a good reason why. Apparently, Kendall doesn't want to keep up with her family members anymore and is trying to distance herself the best way she can.

The source explains, "Kendall's desperate to get out from the family tree and she sees Beyonce as key to that."

The insider adds, "They're both desperately trying to keep this from Kim until they're close to launching, because she's going to hit the roof, but in the past Beyonce's let Kendall know [via Taylor Swift] that she's the budding star of the family and she'd love to work with her on a project one day. It looks like that day is now."

So far, neither Kendall nor Beyonce have made any comments about the report.
