Director Coulson will have to make some major adjustments during Agents of SHIELD's third season.

'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: Mockingbird & Lance Hunter To Headline 'Marvel's Most Wanted', New Series In The Works?

Leading SHIELD is a dangerous job. Between Fury's eye patch and Coulson's (Clark Gregg) new prosthetic, losing a body part seems to be par for the course for the agency's directors. Despite the advancements made with Deathlok (J August Richards), Coulson's new arm will prove to be sub par.

"It's such a pain in my a**, this no-hand thing," Gregg joked, according to Zap2It. "It's like a lot of things about Phil Coulson; the reality informs the thing. It's really hard to figure out how to use this prosthetic, and that's what Phil Coulson's going through. It's very difficult to figure out how to take somebody out, and to do that, I'm hoping it evolves at some point."

Luckily, Daisy (Chloe Bennet) will take on a larger workload in season 3, hopefully giving Coulson a little break. Even with Daisy's new role, however, Coulson will remain firmly in charge.

"Definitely he's giving her a little more responsibility. She's earned it, and she has a unique perspective on what it's like to be an Inhuman. But if she thinks they're coworkers, she might have to go to her room," Gregg teased, putting on his surrogate dad hat.
