Catelynn Lowel and Tyler Baltierra are getting married today, Aug. 22, after spending the last 10 years together.

This morning, ahead of the Teen Mom couple's big day, Baltierra took to Instagram, where he shared a sweet message and video with his many fans.
"Nothing like waking up on the day you marry your best friend & see this," Baltierra captioned the clip, which featured a waterfall running onto a beach. "10 years together & it's finally happening in a couple hours. I can't wait to call @catelynnmtv my wife #BaltierraWedding."

Lowell and Baltierra have been planning to wed for the last several months, and just days ago, Baltierra gave fans a sneak peek at their venue, Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Mich.

Lowell and Baltierra share two children together, Carly, 6, who was adopted in 2009, and Novalee, who they welcomed this past January.
Lowell and Baltierra will be joined on their big day by several of their Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 co-stars, including Amber Portwood, Matthew Baier, Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin.
