Released on Wednesday, the promo shows glimpses of what happened in the last season: Deacon underwent surgery, Juliette and Avery faced issues as parents, and Scarlett and Gunnar's relationship was tumultuous as usual. But things are about to get heavy when everyone discovers hard-core drama.

Rayna is told by the doctor that he has bad news, which can only mean something about Deacon's transplant. Judging from the look on her face, whatever she hears could tear her apart.

Teddy Will Be Seen Less On 'Nashville'

Meanwhile, Juliette is back to her diva ways since becoming a mom and will not let any issues get in the way of her fame.

By the way, there will be guest appearances from celebrities, including Aerosmith's Steven Tyler. He'll have a moment on stage with Juliette and will say something about a 'hit.'

Gunnar and Scarlett might rekindle their romance yet again even though Scarlett's seeing someone. But for some reason these two just can't help but fall back into each other's arms.

The last ten seconds are pretty groundbreaking since Juliette is away from Avery and her daughter. While the dad might think the mom of his child is doing better without them, it looks to be anything but happy.
