He wants nothing more than to reunite with his ex from long ago, and now, Thomas (Pierson Fode) will see the opening he has to potentially lure Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) away from his father, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Caroline has opened up to him about wanting to have a family and kids of her own-something Ridge told her she wouldn't have with him because he had no interest in doing the dad thing again after already having families with Taylor and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). After he told her they would never have kids together, Caroline made the painful decision to put that dream aside for the sake of her relationship.

However, Thomas will start working to convince her that she doesn't have to give up on her biggest dream for the future-because she can have it with someone else if Ridge won't give her it.

Thomas Questions Caroline About Her Relationship With Ridge

"Caroline, you had to choose between my father and having a family," Thomas says to her in a preview clip for the Friday, August 28 episode. "You're allowed to have feelings about this."

Meanwhile, Brooke will also get involved in the situation when she has a conversation with Ridge about how he can't force Caroline to give up the things she wants in life just because he already did them with other women in the past.

"Her needs and her desires are just as important as what you want," she says to him in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
