Draya Michele and Brandi Maxiell have proven their new feud is nothing but real as they take it from Basketball Wives LA on VH1 to social media.

Draya Michele Confirms She’s Leaving ‘BBWLA’ As She & Orlando Scandrick Get Back Together

Maxiell clapped back at Draya after she tried to offer an apology for saying that Maxiell’s storyline surrounding her struggle with ovarian cancer was “boring.”

In a post called “Is Cancer Boring” that Draya posted on Instagram just hours before the episode aired on Sunday, she said that her comment was made when she thought the cameras were no longer rolling.

Draya Michele Admits To Being ‘Destructive’ In Her & Orlando Scandrick’s Relationship, Ruined His Shoes

“When that scene was finished, we began talking off camera as real friends do.”

She said that Malaysia Pargo and Maxiell “were concerned about ratings” and started to question her as to why she decided not to portray her romance with NFL star Orlando Scandrick and show her son on the show this season. She said when she opted out of getting too personal with the series, things with Maxiell and Pargo went completely left.

“When I was asked ‘why are you trying to sabotage ratings by being boring? Why are you even here?’ I became irate. I began saying things like ‘it’s time for everyone else to step up to the plate and bring drama these fans love to watch each week…’”

When the ladies said they did, proving Maxiell’s cancer story as an example, Draya admits to saying it was “boring.”

“I just thought it might make for a better topic of a different so, perhaps one not fueled by bickering. It was an insensitive thing to say, but it’s how I felt at the time…”

She added that she does not think cancer is “boring”, but Maxiell was still not moved. She clapped back with her own message called, “Is she FAKE?” She called out Draya for only apologizing as an attempt to “damage control.” She said the incident happened way back in February and Draya only wanted to reach out because the episode was getting ready to air. “It’s offensive and you’re covering your butt for the WRLD not ME.” She even revealed that she just saw Draya last week and Draya had no apology for her. See what else she had to say about Draya and her apology below.
