Just when we were starting to forget about Memphitz drama with K. Michelle, he throws more shade her and VH1’s way.

Memphitz, who filed a defamation lawsuit against K. Michelle following her claims on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta that he physically abused her, spoke out and said she has since changed her story.
“She admitted that I never hit her. She admitted that it was never her plan to wear the wedding dress or have her eyes busted. She said VH1 did that. She just walked in and there was a script there,” he said referring to a scene on the show in which she did a PSA for victims of domestic violence.

He said their legal war is still going on and they’re waiting for it to go to trial. They have only gone through the deposition phase.
“It’s a big difference when you finally see these in what I’m saying out of my mouth, and what she’s saying out of her mouth…”
He added that she apparently lied and said she was pregnant with his child while they were having their rocky relationship. But little did she know, he could not have any children.
“I had to bust her out and be like, let me tell you something. She was like ‘what?’ [I said] I can’t have kids.’”
He said then she got quiet.
“Silence. Liars go into silence when you expose [them].”
