On Wednesday, E! News announced that Lukyanova, who's famous for her striking resemblance to a plastic children's toy, is starting a career as a DJ. A press release says that the model is part of a tour called Valeria's Space Barbie Tour and will begin this October.

The show is expected to "have a liberating effect on the human body." Even though Lukyanova "claims being from a different planet," her music will stay in this one spreading throughout a number of different locations. This includes China, Latin America, Australia and more.

"The DJ sessions will resemble a fascinating musical journey into the deep space," the statement continues. "Valeria will be using special words from ancient languages, which will result in a meditation right on the dance floor. During her performances the Human Barbie will show special signs with her hands (also known as mudras) demonstrating a deeper immersion into the atmosphere."

The model is expected to work with DJ Sender and the first tracks will be presented soon.

"DJ Sender's and Valeria Lukyanova's work together can easily be called trendy and intellectual at the same time," the release says. "Also, Valeria will announce the launch of her official website dedicated to this new direction in her career."

Lukyanova made headlines with her Barbie looks, but she's not the only one to become a life-like doll; other human Barbies include Alina Kovalevskaya, Lolita Richi and Angelica Kenova.
