The split between NBA player Gilbert Arenas and former Basketball Wives LA star Laura Govan just went from bad to worse.

Now, rumors claim that Arenas is taking drastic steps to get Govan and their four children out of Govan and the kids’ home in California that he pays for; all so that he can move back into the home.

But the reason why is pretty interesting. Rumor has it that he wants to live in the home with his speculated newborn daughter that he has with NFL player Marshall Faulk’s ex-wife Lindsay Faulk.

While Gilbert has been following a court order and dishing out roughly $16,000 a month for the home for expenses including mortgage, insurance and property taxes, Govan and their children have actually been the ones living in it. But what the court order doesn’t say is who can live in the home. So now Gilbert wants it for himself.

Word is Govan has two months to leave voluntarily. If that doesn’t work he’ll go even further and try to get her forcefully moved and evicted. What makes it even more strange is that Gilbert is willing to help Govan and the kids move and will even put down the first and last month’s rent (or mortgage) as well as the security deposit.

Reports also say that he wants Govan to hand over the Escalade he pays for and prefers for her to use the $20,000 she gets for child support monthly to purchase a car.
