Kim Kardashian Pregnancy News 2015: Reality Star Reportedly Won’t Have More Than Two Kids [VIDEO]
Apparently, Kim Kardashian's dreams of having a large family like her mother Kris Jenner have been shattered. The reality television star is reportedly devastated that she won't be able to have more than two children because of her numerous pregnancy complications.
According to Xpose on Friday, Kardashian developed placenta accreta during her pregnancy with her daughter North two years ago -- because of it, she is considering having her uterus removed. Sources close to the pregnant star say she has a high chance of developing the condition again. Kim is currently expecting her second child with her husband, Kanye West.
A family insider said, "It means she won't be able to carry another child and, although she knows there are other options, she's devastated. She tries to put on a brave face, but has always loved the idea of a huge family. She's one of six children and hoped to give North and her unborn son a similar upbringing."

The source added, "She's angry, worried and emotional."
Meanwhile, there's another rumor that says Kanye West's speech at the 2015 VMA MTV Music Awards deeply embarrassed her. Insiders say Kim was none too happy about her husband's long and awkward speech and also by the fact that he barely mentioned her while he was on stage either.
The insider explained, "Kim smiled during the speech, but afterwards she told pals she was mortified."
