According to a new report, the Teen Mom OG star, who welcomed his second child just months ago, was recently caught parking in a handicapped spot -- even though he has no known disability.

“He hopped out of his car and walked right into the store,” an onlooker told Radar Online on Monday. “He looked perfectly healthy!”

The alleged incident reportedly went down at a grocery store in Anderson, Indiana, where Shirley resides. However, while he isn't known to have any physical ailments, he did have a handicapped tag hanging from the rear view mirror of his Nissan Armada.

When fans last saw Shirley on Teen Mom OG, he and Amber Portwood appeared to be on the verge of a custody battle over their 6-year-old daughter, Leah. At the time, Portwood hoped to gain more rights to her daughter.

“I don’t feel any less of a mother, because I know I’m a good mom to her, and we have an amazing relationship and anybody watching this can see it, but I want to feel like I have some control," Portwood said, via MTV News. "I see [Leah], and nothing is wrong with that, but I want to have a bit of say-so in everything that goes on in her life, not just because…I don’t want to be completely separated from her."
