It looks like traditional school isn't in the cards for Kourtney Kardashian's children. There's a new report that says the reality television star failed to enroll her son Mason into a Kindergarten class this year, leaving fans wondering whether or not she is homeschooling her children at home.

According to Star Magazine though, there's another reason why Mason, who will be turning 6 this December, won't be joining his friends in Kindergarten this year. Apparently, he's too busy filming with his family for their hit reality television show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Insiders say that he is playing an "essential role" in the upcoming season, as it will focus on Kourtney and Scott Disick's breakup and how it has been affecting their three children who also include Penelope, 3, and 11-month-old Reign.

A source close to the Kardashian family criticized Kourtney's choice of not putting him in a school by saying, "He should be learning his ABC's, not running lines."

What's more, young Mason doesn't have many peers around him that are his age, too. The insider added, "Mason has yet to experience socializing with friends, like a normal kid."

So far, Kourtney herself has not made any comments about the report.
