In a recent appearance on CBS' Sunday Morning, Julianna Margulies talked about a flawed aspect of Alicia on The Good Wife.

Alicia turns to wine far too often and it has been shown as something of an indulgence over the past few seasons but has never been addressed head on. Margulies stated that her character might actually have a "drinking problem" and she might have to confront with this issue in season 7.

"I think Alicia might have a drinking problem," Margulies said. "She's lonely. And I think wine is numbing her out a little bit. And I think that's something we might address in Season 7."

Well, we aren't quite sure if Alicia will be all that alone in the next chapter, and that might help her turn away from drinking. Alicia might find a suitor in season 7 and it might be her new investigator, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

In an interview with E! Online Morgan actually addressed the speculation. "We'll see. I don't know. I've been told a little bit of my character's background. I know that there's a lot of speculation that there might be some possible romance thing happening," he said. "And I know Julianna and I'll be happy to jump into that arena with her. So we'll see what happens."

Recently, when asked by the TVLine if Alicia (Julianna Margulies) was going to be romantically inclined toward Morgan's character, who will be working as her new investigator, co-creator Robert King gave an emphatic ""F--- yes."

He went on to reveal that while the chemistry between the two will be "tactile" there will be a few hiccups from seeing it through to fruition. King said that "the Catholic-girl part of" Alicia will actually hold her back some from launching into a full-fledged extramarital affair. Also, Peter (Chris Noth) running for presidency is definitely going to complicate affairs and he will need Alicia by his side to keep up his reputation in the public eye.

Season 7 will premiere on Oct. 7 on CBS.
