Gilbert Arenas has taken his social media feud with the mother of his children and ex-fiancée Laura Govan, from social media to the hands of the law.

Apparently Arenas wants Govan to “stay away” from him… literally. He filed a “stay away” order three months ago against the former Basketball Wives LA star amid the two blasting one another on Instagram.

Arenas has also asked a judge to order Govan to stop putting him on blast in the public. Interestingly enough, both of them have been doing plenty of that lately.

According to the official documents obtained by Baller Alert Tuesday, Laura Govan is not allowed to “harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, follow, stalk, molest, destroy personal property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, impersonate (online or otherwise) or block the movements of Gilbert Arenas.”

It also states that Govan has been banned from initiating contact with Arenas “in any way” including by phone, email or even physical mail.

“She is only allowed to contact him regarding the children and ONLY using a third party co-parenting website, Our Family Wizard….All custody transactions of the couple’s minor children will be done in public and will be facilitated by a nanny. Laura will not be present.”

On top of that she has to steer at least 100 yards clear of him. She was also ordered to anger management classes that she has to finish by Sept. 1 of next year. She can opt to go to therapy at least once a month for a year if she doesn’t want to go to anger management.

Lastly, “Laura can not make any ill comments about Gilbert or their court case, either in private forums or around their children.”

If she violates any of these terms, Gilbert will be able to move forward and file a temporary restraining order against Govan.
