Adrienne Bailon is still hopeful in finding love after her shocking split with Lenny Santiago.

Bailon revealed earlier this month that the engagement with Santiago was called off over the summer. They had been together for six years. While she took to her co-hosting gig at The Real to announce the split, she also said on the show that she would like to be a wife and mother.

The ladies were going around the table saying where they hoped to see themselves in 10 years and along with singing a Spanish album and other notable goals, Bailon said she hoped to have a husband and children.

Bailon released a statement to Us Weekly earlier this month to dish to share details of the split with fans as well.

“I am, of course, sad that things didn’t go as we planned, but we still remain close friends. Six years is a long time to be together, but we had to make the decision to go with our hearts and not be embarrassed or afraid of change. He absolutely helped make me a better person and I will forever cherish the time we shared together.”

Rumors of a possible split between Bailon and Santiago sparked after Bailon shared photos of her “eat, pray, love” journey on Instagram and wasn’t wearing her wedding ring.

Bailon announced the engagement on The Real this past February.

It’s still not clear what caused the split. But best wishes for both Bailon and Santiago as they continue their journey as friends.
