Paula Deen Becomes Very Emotional Over 'Dancing With the Stars' Partnership

Zolciak-Biermann was forced the withdraw from Dancing With the Stars on Monday night's episode after her doctors told her she couldn't fly out to the Los Angeles studio. The reality star had suffered a mini-stroke and was unfit to fly back to LA from Atlanta.

While Zolciak-Biermann and Tony Dovolani have been quietly campaigning to get back in the competition, judge Carrie Ann Inaba does not think they should be allowed back, due to the rules.

Tony Dovolani 'Wants To Continue So Bad' On 'Dancing With the Stars'

"I think that it would not be fair," she told E! Online, "because the rules are the rules and she didn't compete. It doesn't feel right for me for her to come back."

However, it's nothing personal, as Inaba said, "The best part of this situation is she's OK. She had a stroke and she survived and she's doing well."

Zolciak-Biermann posted a link on Instagram to a petition page created by a fan who wanted to see them return to the dance floor. The reality star wrote, "I'm forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!!," adding, "Regardless I'll be dancing my ass off at the finale."

The petition currently has over 22,000 signatures as of Friday morning.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
