'Witches Of East End' Star Signs On For New TV Series

As of Monday, the petition to help bring back Witches of East End is at more than 223,000 signatures with a goal at 250,000. Just nine days earlier, the petition was at 221,000, meaning 2,000 signatures have been gained in just a little more than a week.

Despite the fact that fans have been going out of their way to raise their voices for a third season, it was announced almost a year ago that the series has been canceled. The cast and crew have been quiet about the show for some time now and a few of them are moving on to new projects.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum Looks Back On 'Witches Of East End' With Concerned Moment

Eric Winter, who played Dash on the former Lifetime drama, is set to appear in the second season of the hit ABC drama Secrets & Lies. Jenna Dewan-Tatum, who played Freya, is going to play Lucy Lane in new series Supergirl while Madchen Amick (Aunt Wendy) will be seen in the new season of American Horror Story.

The announcement of Witches' cancellation left viewers outrages since there were too many unanswered questions. This included Wendy winding up in a fire-filled dimension as Ingrid discovered she was pregnant without knowing who the father was. Frederick was also found dead while Dash switched bodies with his brother, leaving him behind bars.

To this day, the viewers have yet to give up on reviving the show.
