As Teresa Giudice’s release date from prison gets closer, details of what her life will be like after she is freed have been revealed.

For starters, despite previous reports, Giudice will not be sent to halfway house upon her release.

An insider said Monday it is “because that is typically for those that have been behind bars for a much longer term than the 13 months Teresa will have served. Individuals that go to a halfway house need assistance and to be monitored as they transition back into society. Teresa wasn’t sent away long enough for that to be an issue.”

Melissa Gorga Helps Take Care Of Giudice Girls In Teresa’s Absence, But Is Teresa Still Holding A Grudge?

As far as when she will actually be released from the federal prison in Danbury, CT, the source confirmed that Giudice will be home with her family for Christmas.

Still, she will be forced to get a job that her probation officer signs off on for approval.

If she and Melissa Gorga truly end their beef for good, she’ll be able to work at her boutique in Montclair, N.J. that Gorga is opening soon. Gorga could benefit from that as well.

“Teresa could absolutely work there. It would be a natural because both ladies will be filming for ‘RHONJ.’ The show would get great footage of them working together.”

“She is counting down the days until she will be reunited with the family for Christmas.”

Giudice turned herself in to the jail facility on Jan. 5 of this year. She and her husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to several fraud charges last year. Joe will begin his sentence shortly after Teresa’s release.
