Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) confided a major secret to his best friend Nathan (Ryan paevy), and now, by pure accident, the truth could finally come out about what really happened between he and Valerie (Brytni Sarpi) on General Hospital.

Maxie Realizes Nathan Is Hiding Something

Nathan has been growing increasingly more wary of Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) ever since he realized he was the one Maxie (Kirsten Storms) would be doing love scenes with in his movie, and after another conversation with his girlfriend, he may come up with the wrong assumption that Dillon is trying to make moves on her.

"I think it's about time I laid down the law with this Dillon," he says in a preview clip for the Thursday, October 8 episode.

Dillon Makes A Shocking Confession

However, his actions may cause Maxie to blurt out the truth-that Dillon still has feelings for Lulu (Emme Rylan), and her honesty could bring Nathan to finally tell her that Dante and Valerie slept together when Lulu was in Canada with Dillon.

However, his telling the truth could prove to be the worst thing to happen, as Maxie will not want to keep such a devastating secret from her best friend-and if Lulu becomes aware of what really happened between her husband and her cousin, it will destroy their marriage forever.

The news would be even more shocking and devastating now as well, because Lulu and Dante are ready to use the one embryo they know they have left and give their son Rocco a sibling.

"Let's have another baby," Dante says to Lulu in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
