The inaugural Latin Music Awards is going down tonight and if you're a fan of Latin pop music you're not going to want to miss it.

The newly added franchise of Dick Clark's American Music Awards will be honoring this year's best in Spanish language and Latin music from the iconic Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and air simultaneously on Telemundo and NBC Universo, starting at 9 p.m. EDT with a red carpet pre-show starting at 8 p.m. EDT. But viewers who can’t be bothered to tune in on their TVs can find out how to watch a free live stream online below.

This year's award show will be hosted by singer-songwriter (as well as actress and TV host) Lucero with musical performances and appearances from the likes of Paulina Rubio, Daddy Yankee, Jesse & Joy, Reik, Farruko, Fonseca, Shaggy, Lil Jon, Yandel, Natalie La Rose, Jencarlos Canela, Luis Coronel, CD9 and more There's also a planned tribute to the late "Queen of Salsa" Celia Cruz, which will feature preformances from Maluma, India, Yuri and Aymée Nuviola. Award categories range from New Artist of the Year and Artist of the Year to Single of the Year and Album of the Year. Here's a full list of this year's nominees.

If you want to watch the awards live online, they can do so through either Telemundo or NBCUniverso's web portals with live stream options of bothe channel. BUT you'll need to have a cable or satellite service provider to login.

If you'd rather watch the show through your tablet or smartphone, you don't a lot of options. You can pull up both channel's official streaming sites on your mobile browser to follow along live.

You can also download the Telemundo or NBCUniverso app, the former can be purchased for both Apple and Android devices, while the later seems to only be available for Apple. Unfortunately neither seem to offer live stream capabilities (which means you'can probably onle watch the show after it airs) and both (like the above streaming options) require cable or satellite service provider to use.

The 2015 Latin American Music Awards air live at 9 p.m. EDT/ 7 p.m. CDT on October 8.
