Donald Trump might still be leading in the polls right now, but that doesn't mean everyone is a fan of the outspoken businessman and politician. Apparently, Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler is threatening to sue Trump if he doesn't stop using his classic hit "Dream On" through his campaign trail.

According to Gossip Cop on Monday, Tyler and his Aerosmith bandmates are none too happy over the fact that Tyler has been using their song because they say it's giving voters "a false impression" that they are either connecting to or endorsing the Republican nominee hopeful.

What's more, a lawyer for Tyler himself told the site that it's not "a personal issue," even though he did send Trump a cease and desist letter.

According to the legal letter, "We are unaware of any public performance license granting Trump for President the right to perform 'Dream On' in connection with the Campaign.... By using 'Dream On' without our client's permission, Trump for President is falsely implying our client's endorsement of the Campaign... and is infringing our client's right of publicity."

It further goes on to say that "should Trump's campaign use Tyler's name, image or likeness in connection with his campaign could constitute interference with economic relations, trademark infringement, and a violation of our client's right of privacy, among other causes of action.

Trump has been given approximately 24 hours to comply with their demands or the band's lawyers, "will be forced to pursue any and all legal or equitable remedies which our client may have against you."

So far, Trump himself has not made any comments about the issue. Keep up with Enstars for all the latest news on Donald Trump and the 2016 race to the White House.
