Tamra Barney has responded to a recent claim made by her former best friend, Vicki Gunvalson.

Ahead of tonight's Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 reunion, Barney took to Twitter, where she tweeted back to comments about her potentially fake cervical cancer diagnosis.

Vicki Gunvalson Claims Tamra Barney Was First To Expose David Beador's Affair & Mistress' Identity

Gunvalson brought up Barney's possibly fake cancer with fans last week. 

"I remember back in 2012 when Tamra disclosed she was diagnosed with cervical cancer while on the Dr. Oz show," Gunvalson recalled in her Bravo blog on Friday. "It was the first time any of us had heard she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and we were all in shock that she had never talked about it prior to that. No one at that time ever asked her for her medical records, and since then we haven't heard anything about it after that does that mean she was faking it for attention?? I mean if you are diagnosed with cervical cancer isn't that pretty serious? ... Just interesting we haven't heard anything about it since then."
