It looks like the Kardashian family is more business savvy than we think. Apparently, Kim Kardashian has reportedly purchased the American licensing rights for "Organic Botox," as the reality television star is set to make millions of dollars off of her latest venture.

According to Britain's The Telegraph on Thursday, Kim is supposedly a fan of organic botox gel, which is a synthetic muscle-free toxin. It is used to smooth wrinkles within an hour of its use. The gel is supposedly used by other celebrities, including First Lady Michelle Obama, Kate Middleton and Carla Bruni.

Kim, who is worth an estimated $45 million, is looking to cash in big time on the deal, with many Botox users looking for quick fix gels rather than expensive treatments to help reduce the signs of aging.

Meanwhile, there's a rumor that says Kim's husband Kanye West recently purchased a custom $5 million bra for her birthday this past week.

According to OK! Magazine's print edition this week (via Gossip Cop), Kanye pulled out all the stops for his wife's birthday, as he wants her to have an enjoyable and stress-free week, especially given the fact that she is 7 months pregnant.

What's more, Kim had no clue about the pricey gift, which her husband helped design himself.

The insider said, "Kim is going to freak out but she'll find it hard to not be able to wear it until she's had the baby. It's absolutely incredible and Kanye was instrumental in helping the design team come up with something special."
