Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney Kardashian appeared on "TODAY" to promote their upcoming reality spin-off show "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" on Jan. 15, and to the delight of her fans, Kim shared details about her pregnancy, fertility and wedding plans.

In a sit-down with "TODAY" co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, Kim, 32, admitted that she did not plan for her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, to announce her pregnancy at his Atlantic City concert on Dec. 30. She was OK with it though because she knows the "Clique" rapper was just "feeling it."

"He says what he feels," Kim said about West, 35. "Once you're passed the three-month mark, you're pretty safe. He kind of goes off of what he feels, and he was feeling it that night."

Kim also revealed that she is due in July.

Guthrie asked if Kim and West were planning a wedding and she said that while "it's something that (they) talk about," they have yet to set a wedding date because at the moment they are "focusing on the baby."

"What I've learned in life is, I was always such a planner, and ... you think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don't plan," Kim added.

The reality star also admitted that the pregnancy "took her by surprise" because she had experienced fertility issues like her sister Khloe Kardashian-Odom - she had documented her attempts to get pregnant with her husband of three years, NBA player Lamar Odom, on "Keeping up with the Kardashians" and their spin-off show "Khloe and Lamar."

"Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens," Kim said. "That's an exciting moment; you can plan for things like that. So I think it's just such a blessing knowing my circumstances."

Kourtney said on "TODAY" that she is excited for her two children - Mason, 3, and Penelope, 5 months - to grow up with cousins now that Kim is going to have a baby. Kim shared that her older sister had come up with an odd idea about the sisters babysitting each other's kids when the time comes.

"[Kourtney] said 'in the old days, and maybe we should try this, one sister should babysit all the kids, so I can go out or vice-versa, and whichever sister is babysitting should just breastfeed all the kids that are there,' " Kim told Guthrie.

Kourtney said she didn't say they should try doing it themselves, but didn't think it was such a weird idea, adding, "No, that doesn't freak me out."

"Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" premieres on E! on Sunday, Jan. 20, at 9 p.m. EST. Watch Kim and Kourtney's interview with Guthrie on "TODAY" in the video below.
