According to Naughty Gossip on Friday, insiders are saying Khloe's supposed Florence Nightingale act is all a sham, as there's a slim chance that she will be renewing her wedding vows to Lamar anytime soon. Instead, she's still got her boyfriend James on her speed dial and is spending any free time she has with him.

An eyewitness supposedly caught Khloe in a private suite in Houston, where she was visiting her boyfriend James.

Associated Press writer Kristie Rieken even made the claim on Twitter, writing, "Just as an FYI Khloe Kardashian was in Houston tonight for Rockets' opener. ‪#rockets ‪#KhloeKardashian."

What's more, Khloe managed to travel unnoticed and cheered James from her private suite. Even though she tried to keep her quick trip under the radar, a few onlookers were able to spot her at the game.
